Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NIGALL (“NIGALL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the NIGALL event platform, related websites, APIs, and mobile services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Who we are
NIGALL is an event management platform that helps organizers create and run events and helps guests discover, RSVP to, register for, and attend those events. For privacy questions, contact us at support@nigall.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account information — name, email, username, password (hashed), profile details, avatar, company, and account type.
- Event and participation data — events you host or join, RSVPs, registrations, tickets, check-ins, survey answers, guest lists, and related messages.
- Billing and subscription data — plan selection, billing cycle, and payment-related metadata. Card details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on NIGALL servers.
- Communications data — emails and messages we send for event updates, reminders, blasts, and product notices, plus delivery, open, and unsubscribe signals where applicable.
- Location data — approximate location from IP or (with your permission) device GPS to power Discover and nearby-event features.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, cookie or session identifiers, and similar logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
- Optional module data — information you or an organizer provide for modules such as attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers, talent management, planner CRM, or networking.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services
- Create and manage accounts, events, RSVPs, tickets, and registrations
- Process payments and subscriptions through Stripe
- Send transactional and, where permitted, event-related communications
- Show relevant discovery results and location-aware features
- Provide optional AI-assisted tools (for example, social sharing captions) when enabled
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Event hosts and organizers — so they can manage guests, RSVPs, tickets, check-in, messaging, and compliance related to their events.
- Other participants — limited profile or networking details you choose to make visible (for example, opt-in directory visibility).
- Service providers — infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, payments (Stripe), and optional AI providers that process data on our behalf.
- Third-party discovery sources — when Discover includes external listings (for example Ticketmaster), those providers process data under their own policies for their content.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Payments
Ticket purchases and subscription charges are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment card and billing details directly. See Stripe’s privacy documentation for how Stripe handles payment data. NIGALL stores payment status, amounts, and related transaction metadata needed for receipts and event fulfillment.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, remembering preferences, and understanding how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit functionality.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill event and billing records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements. Organizers may configure retention windows for certain attendee GDPR workflows. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and role, you may be able to:
- Access and update your profile information
- Manage email preferences and unsubscribe from marketing or optional communications
- Use the Attendee Privacy Center to request data export or deletion where available
- Control networking visibility and optional location sharing
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@nigall.com
Organizers who process guest data remain responsible for providing notices and obtaining consents appropriate to their events. NIGALL provides platform tools to support those obligations.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) in production, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and payment handling through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. International users
If you access the Services from outside the country where we operate our systems, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
